Operating since 2019, Brant Transit is the County’s public transportation program. We are currently seeking community feedback to better understand how satisfied you are with the Brant Transit service and how we can improve it.

Brant Transit’s current service includes a fleet of vans that assist residents with transportation anywhere in the County of Brant as well as transportation from the County of Brant to the City of Brantford and from the City of Brantford to the County of Brant.

Brant Transit is fully accessible and cost effective with a flat fee for a one-way trip.

  • Riders (Ages 13-54)………. $5
  • Seniors (Age 55+)………….$3
  • Children (Ages 12 and under) and support persons are free

Our current service is not the same as a taxi or an Uber, as Brant Transit is a shared ride service. This means that users will likely be sharing a ride with other riders and there may be multiple stops on the way to their destination.

Members of the public were invited to participate in a survey to share feedback about the County’s public transportation program, Brant Transit. Engagement closed on September 30, 2023. A special thank you to all who participated and provided feedback!

Thank you for your question! Please set up an account to book a ride by calling 519-770-TOGO (8646). Please be aware that because the ride will not be booked online, trip fees will need to be paid in cash, where exact change is needed.
