Bendemere Road, Paris
Led by Paris Grand Estates Inc. and their consulting team, MTE Consultants Inc., the Bendemere Road project will deliver new road and servicing infrastructure to support the Paris Grand Estates development. The County of Brant will share updates through this project page so you know what to expect and when.
What to expect
Construction on Bendemere Road between Grand River Street North and Heming Street, including the connection near Paris Links Road, will be shared once it is provided by the consultant.
The project will:
- Create a new road connection to serve the development.
- Add a sidewalk or multi use path.
- Install storm sewer infrastructure.
- Help reduce traffic pressure on Paris Links Road by providing a new access route.
You may notice construction activity along Bendemere Road, minor traffic impacts in the area, and short term disruptions as work progresses. Traffic impacts are expected to be minor and any changes that affect access or travel will be shared in advance when possible.
Open house
The County of Brant is inviting residents to attend an upcoming Public Information Open House for the Grand River Street North Improvements and Bendemere Road projects in Paris.
This drop in event will give community members an opportunity to learn more about both projects, view project information, and speak directly with members of the project teams.
