Development Charges By-Law Update

Janice Hunt Memorial Park in Burford

<p>The County of Brant wants your feedback on the proposed naming of the new South Picnic Pavilion in Lions Park, Paris. </p><p>Staff endorse naming the new pavilion the Darin Ayres Pavilion in a <a class="local" href="https://engagebrant.ca/43342/widgets/181359/documents/129880" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">report</a> brought forward in April, honoring his 35-year dedication to the County of Brant Community Services department, particularly his pivotal role in enhancing Lions Park. Darin&#39;s contributions include park projects like the Pete Lavoie Ball Diamonds and the Walter Williams amphitheater, which have shaped Lions Park into the beloved destination it is today. </p><p>His commitment to the community and support of local events make this naming suggestion significant. <strong>Please provide your comments or questions on the proposed name by Sunday, June 2, 2024.</strong></p>
