Age-Friendly Resident Survey 2 - Hardcopy
Welcome to the County of Brant’s Age-Friendly Resident Survey to aid the development of the Age-Friendly Community Plan. We want to understand what it is like to be 55 years and older and live in the County of Brant to identify gaps and work towards improving the quality of life for residents and visitors. The information on this survey is collected under the authority of section 10, Municipal Act. The information will only be used to improve the County of Brant’s commitment to public engagement and is subject to provisions of the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, 1990.
The following survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. All of your responses will be anonymous and remain confidential.
We kindly request that you complete the survey on an individual basis, in order to reflect your personal insights and feedback. Your participation and input are key to understanding the preferences and demands of local residents and/or visitors.
When “Brant County” or “County of Brant” is referenced, this means OUTSIDE of the City of Brantford, unless otherwise specified.
