Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Master Environmental Servicing Plan (MESP) Public Information Meeting for the communities of Scotland and Oakland on November 28, 2024. View the presentation boards that were available at the information meeting.

Phase One of the MESP is coming to a close, with all technical studies scheduled for completion by the end of 2024. A report will be presented to Council in early 2025 summarizing the recommendations of Phase One, which will inform the path forward for Phase Two of the MESP. These recommendations and next steps will be published here when finalized.
