This summer, the County of Brant is turning up the heat with Park vs. Park, a fun and friendly showdown to crown Brant’s Favourite Park!

From hidden gems to local favourites, parks will go head-to-head in a bracket-style competition — and you get to decide who advances. Spread the word, vote, and show your park pride as we narrow it down to the ultimate community park champion.

How it Works

Parks in each of the County's 5 Wards will face off in six action-packed rounds of voting. You’ll have one week to vote in each round (except the grand finale

This summer, the County of Brant is turning up the heat with Park vs. Park, a fun and friendly showdown to crown Brant’s Favourite Park!

From hidden gems to local favourites, parks will go head-to-head in a bracket-style competition — and you get to decide who advances. Spread the word, vote, and show your park pride as we narrow it down to the ultimate community park champion.

How it Works

Parks in each of the County's 5 Wards will face off in six action-packed rounds of voting. You’ll have one week to vote in each round (except the grand finale – that one gets two weeks of fanfare!). Once each Ward’s winning park is chosen, the final five will go into the ultimate Park vs. Park championship round.

Voting Begins

  • Ward 1 Parks: Monday, June 9
  • Ward 2 Parks: Monday, June 16
  • Ward 3 Parks: Monday, June 23
  • Ward 4 Parks: Monday, June 30
  • Ward 5 Parks: Monday, July 7

Competition Details

  • Each Round Lasts: 1 week - with last round voting open for 2 weeks
  • Final Round Voting Starts: Monday, July 14 (winners of each Ward face-off)
  • Winner Announced: Monday, July 28, 2025
  • Winning Park Celebration: Fall 2025
