May 2022 Update: Project paused

The recommendation for this project went to the Planning and Development Committee Meeting on May 2, 2023.

Council refused the proposed Fence and Pool By-laws and the County of Brant Senior Management Team made the decision to pause this project and revisit in Q4 of 2023.

As such, the existing Fence By-Law 54-03 (which also regulates swimming pools) remains in force and effect.
