Council Decisions

A mixed use building with a maximum of 5 storeys, a parking structure with a maximum of 4 storeys, and new parkland. The rezoning establishes how the lands may be used, but any future development will be subject to additional planning, design, public engagement, and approval processes. 

Council directs staff to initiate the zoning by-law amendment to align zoning standards with the Master Plan. Read the staff report.
