Council approves zoning for Downtown Paris
A mixed use building with a maximum of 5 storeys, a parking structure with a maximum of 4 storeys, and new parkland. The rezoning establishes how the lands may be used, but any future development will be subject to additional planning, design, public engagement, and approval processes.
