Will the dry pond be the one at 23 Cedar that is already existing? Can it maintain a large degree of water if so?
No, the proposed ponds are on the church property.
Will there be street lighting added?
Yes, street lighting is included in the proposals.
The plan to increase the road width to 7m - what is the current width?
The current width varies, but some areas are as narrow as 5.5m to 6m.
Currently there will be times that people park their vehicles on the side of the street - how will this be considered?
Mountable curbs are proposed, which can be driven over by cars. Sidewalks cannot be blocked by parked cars. Residents are encouraged to submit input about parking on the road.
