Following our successful debut in 2024 - where we earned three blooms and the Urban Forestry Criteria Award - we’re eager to build on this momentum with this year’s theme, Edible Gardens.
2025 Theme: Edible Gardens
This year, we’re focusing on Edible Gardens to promote sustainability and food security. We encourage residents, businesses, and community groups to incorporate fruits, vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers into their gardens. Whether you have a backyard plot, a balcony container, or a community garden space, your contributions help make Brant bloom!
Submit Your Garden Photos
As part of the Communities in Bloom celebrations, the County of Brant is inviting residents to take part by submitting photos of your edible gardens. One submission will be chosen to be included in the Communities in Bloom County of Brant Community Profile. The Community Profile is an interactive virtual tour that will be submitted to the Communities in Bloom judges prior to their in-person visit, which takes place July 23-24, 2025. The interactive profile will also be shared with the public to participate in.
Everyone is encouraged to plant your own edible garden and share your photos with us! To be considered for the Community Profile please submit your photos below. The deadline to submit your photos is Friday, July 18, 2025.

Download and print the Brant in Bloom Colouring page or pick them up at any County of Brant Customer Service Office or Community Centre. Completed pages can be dropped off at any County of Brant Customer Service Office and the Brant Sports Complex.
