Project update, April 2026

You may have noticed there has not been an update for some time. We appreciate your patience as we worked through a few challenges to move the project forward.

The delay was due to:

• A longer than expected tendering process
• Identified grading and soil conditions that required further analysis and planning
• An earlier than usual start to winter in Fall 2025, which paused construction activities

Over the past few months, work has continued behind the scenes, including planning and ordering materials to prepare for construction.

Construction is expected to resume as soon as weather conditions allow.

At this time, an updated construction timeline is not yet available from the contractor. We will share a detailed schedule as soon as it is confirmed.
